Dear Friends,

I write to you today from snowy Boulder, CO as I prepare for a deep dive into Savasana: Exploring our Death to Liberate our Lives. I am so grateful for this opportunity to be in such a supportive, spiritual environment with this weekend’s theme. For those not able to attend personally, a shortened version of the practice can be found in ‘The Pleasures and Principles of Partner Yoga‘. Explore the practice in the comfort of your home with a friend – it is a different journey each time we consciously enter the rich realm of what Savasana has to offer.

On another note, I am going with the change and flow in this dynamic Year of the Horse!

It seems the energy is flowing to present the April training here in my beautiful new home town of Santa Barbara, CA instead of Austin, TX. The training will be held at the lovely Source Yoga Studio, close to the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. For those traveling from out of state, we can support you with local lodging or to share a space with someone else who is participating. The hours of the training are spacious enough for you to have time to enjoy some of the wonderful gifts that Santa Barbara offers. The weather here is almost always glorious!

The pre-registration pricing goes through the end of March. If you have any questions, or need support with your decision, feel free to be in touch.

I am also looking forward to my adventures in Europe this summer and am so excited to be able to share this practice with people around the world. For a complete list of events, visit our new and improved calendar.

I know for many people it has been a very long winter, so enjoy the sweet sense of Spring that is in the air, and its sweet opportunity for growth and rebirth.

With love,
Elysabeth
